Bible Study: The book of Numbers-Conclusion

Hello! Did you enjoy the bible study? 🙂 I really like the book of Numbers. I underlined & highlighted lots of things that stood out to me. Even if you didn’t do the bible study, but have read (even a little) part of the book Numbers, please comment with what stood out to you, what you liked, didn’t understand, etc. *opens bible* *clears throat*

WHAT STOOD OUT TO ME:

Moses and his incredible faith. I mean, if you had to lead hundreds of people, weren’t going anywhere soon, and the people were tired, hungry, and angry, I would loose faith fast. But yet, Moses trusted in the Lord through all the hard times, and everything turned out all right. That’s what being a Christian means to me. Trusting in the Lord for the terribly hard times, going through some pretty tough stuff, but it all turns out all right.

Everyone has their bad days, bad times, and feels liking breaking down in tears, but it will all turn out all right. I promise.

There’s this verse that appears in this book several times. You know what that verse is? “The Israelites did all this just as the Lord commanded Moses.” Wow. So much trust, a great example of incredible faith. Amazing.

WHAT I LIKED:

Moses great example!

The ways the Israelites honored the Lord with the tabernacle!

SOMETHING I UNDERLINED:

“…Thus they were counted, as the Lord commanded Moses.” Numbers 4:49

“…They did just as the Lord commanded Moses.” Numbers 5:4

See a pattern??

“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” Numbers 6:24-26

“…Return, Lord, to the countless thousands of Israel.” Numbers 10:36

“…They will share the burden of the people with you so that you will not have to carry it alone.” Numbers 11:17

Please share your thoughts! 🙂
