So sorry | Christian Fantasy

First I want to say that I have neglected being a part of this, and i’m really sorry. 😦 I didn’t do it on purpose, but my life has been crazy this summer, I havn’t even really done a good job with my own blog lately. 😦

So, who here reads Christian fantasy?

A lot of Christian fantasy books I read take place in another world, Where they still have God. they just have a different name for Him. Most of them are pretty good, here are the ones I reccomend.

The Knights of Arrethtrae by Chuck Black

The Kingdom Series by Chuck Black

.The Dragon Keeper Chronicals by Donita K. Paul. (LOVE those books! Currently reading one of them, They are SO awesome!!)

The Door Within by Wayne Thomas Batson.

Have any of you read any of these?

Have a great day everyone!

  1. I love Christian fantasy! I actually haven’t read ANY of those books, I’ve had the most hectic summer that I can remember, and haven’t had much time for reading. 😦 But I’ll be sure to look those up!!

  2. I’ve actually read all of those books. I LOVE the Dragon Keeper Chronicles. In fact, I checked a couple of them out from the library so I could re-read them. I really like The Door Within too, but my sister pointed out some glaring plot holes in them. They’re still really good, but Wayne Thomas Batson needed a good editor.

Have you met Bardon yet in the Dragon Keeper books? What do you think of him?

    1. Awesome! The Dragon Keeper Chronicles have got to be one of my favoriite book series ever! I’ve read all of them, so Yes, I have met Bardon, I really like him, so does my sister, he’s a bit…I dunno, at first, but he gets better. 🙂 What do you think of him?
I agree with you about Wayne Thomas Batson, and I think its so cool we share the same taste in fiction! 😀

      1. I really like Bardon. He’s such a gentleman while still not being perfect. The Dragon Keeper Chronicles is one of my favorites as well.

It is pretty cool our fiction tastes are the same.

If you like the Dragon Keeper Chronicles, you would probably like the Ilyon Chronicles by Jaye L. Knight. They were inspired by the Dragon Keeper Chronicles and are one of my favorite series of all time.
